VP of Contracts and Compliance

Mrs. Darby joined R&P as Director of Contracts and Compliance in 2025. She has devoted her career to the contracts profession, with 27 years of Government contracting, subcontracting and compliance experience. Having worked with civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, and commercial contracts for small, mid-size, and large companies, Mrs. Darby brings a unique perspective to R&P’s contracting organization. She is the focal point for all contract and subcontract negotiations, audit-readiness, and regulatory and compliance activities. Mrs. Darby earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University.
