Ms. Zito joined R&P in July 2025 as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing over 15 years of Human Resources experience in the government contracting industry. She has supported both small businesses and large organizations, with proven expertise in strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, and business process improvement. She is passionate about building a dynamic employee experience and fostering a strong, inclusive company culture through teamwork, communication, and organizational development. Her areas of focus include workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, compliance, and training. Ms. Zito is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Longwood University and Master of Arts degree in History from Virginia Commonwealth University.
